This wok is a keeper. I have been using this to stir fry noodles for my family. The design of its top being wider helps noodles from spilling all over onto the stove top as you stir around. It also prevents oil from splattering.I bought this a number of times throughout the years. I think this is my 5th wok. It will last for years if you handle it with care. For instance, do not use steel spatula. Instead use bamboo spatula or silicone spatula. I like the heat distribution and how it heats up evenly. I have a smaller size of Anolon and it took longer time to heat up evenly. Only downside is this Circulon doesn’t come with a lid. Please continue this product line. It is a keeper.
