This is the best cook wear that you can buy, the price may turm some people off, but you will get cookware that will last forever.We purchased this after buying a Deluxe set of Eurocast at our state fair. We are very impressed with how evenly the pans cook, how well they heat, how easy they are to clean, and how light they are. Like the rest of our Eurocast pans, this wok is great . I highly recommend it.This is my second time owning the exact wok. The first I bought it from Sam's Club and it lasted a few years before it became "sticky".It's not a cheap product. So the fact that I bought it again was a good indication on how much I liked it. Unfortunately this time it broke down fast. I have only used it for 2 or 3 months before it became one of the most sticky wok I have ever used.What's worse is their customer service. On its website, it says they will respond to any issues within 48 hours - in reality, it took them almost a month before I got a response.What's even more frustrating is that when they responded, they basically told me that the manufacture warranty is not valid because I mis used it. How can you possibly know? Plus this is the second time I have owned the same wok. I don't want to lie, but it is a little insulting.I dont want to discourage your from buying because it is a good wok as long as it's still working. The sales person said that this would easily be past down to my children’s children. Lies. All lies. I feel scammed.These pans peel just like any other non stick pan that you have bought in the past. You might as well go with the cheeper brands. Customer service will just tell you that you improperly used the pans. These pans are only meant to be used at medium to low heat. They will not replace the pans. Don’t buy it! Save your money!Pros: Because it's cast, it is as non stick on the outside as it is on the inside, making cleaning the entire pot, inside and out, easy. They should make that a selling point.Cons: I got this at Sam's Club from one of those Kiosk Sales booths and let the sales rep up sell me on the larger Wok. The one I was looking at was the smaller model with a removable handle. This model, with the cast grips, is very hard to cook with. The grips get as hot as the rest of the Wok. You will need to keep oven mitts on while you cook. I am disappointed that I let the sales rep up sell me.If I had gotten the smaller pan, I suspect I would have been more pleased with my purchase.LOVE this wok! I do Irish Soda Bread, roasts & everything in it, in the oven - and of course, stir fy on the stove. I mean...it's just the best piece of cookware I've ever had.I bought it with a large frying pan as part of a set at Sam's and couldn't be happier (especially, with the deal I got). Just be aware that the handles do get hot, so wear oven mits.
