I have two ZhenSanHuan cast iron woks and they are awesome. I've tried carbon steel, steel, non-stick, etc., thicker cast iron (Komodo Joe). The thin cast iron these are made of is just perfect. It heats up quickly, seasons easily to a non-stick equivalent, and so these are my ultimate favorite woks. I think they'll last well past my lifetime.This particular wok is very deep and best for stews. I prefer shallower woks for stir frys.
