I ordered this wok because we moved to an apartment that has a flat electric stove top. I can't use a wok with a round bottom. I heard iron wok is pain to use at first but it is better for health.Pros-Heat conducts very fast-Easy to wash-You can use a metal spatula to fry using this wokCons-Heavy-Rust builds. Wok needs to be washed every time before you use it-The ring on the cover came off the 1st week I used the wok, would not stay no matter how we put it back-Heats up so fast that food get burnt easilyOverall I am still happy about having the wok.
