Having purchased several items from Craft Wok already (i.e., a 16" carbon steel wok, and two extra-long stainless steel utensils) and being very satisfied with the high quality of those items, I opted to add the stainless steel fry basket. It will help remove larger quantities of fried foods at once, and allow me to set the basket on top of a large stainless steel bowl to drain the oil from the food, then return it back to the wok. It rests well on the bowl adjacent to the wok. I normally prepare a double batch of recipes, so this will work better than the smaller utensil I had previously used to remove fried food from the wok.
